Shipping:
How much will shipping cost?
- At Moto Explorer we have a $15 Flat Rate Shipping Fee Site Wide.
How do you send your items?
All shipping unless requested and paid for by the customer will be as a standard Australia Post parcel.
How long will it take to get my items?
- On average expect your purchase to arrive in 5-7 days. Postage times may vary significantly based on your location. Please Contact Us if you are needing any shipping updates on your purchase.
Returns:
How do I return my item/s?
- Email us here to receive an ATR (Authority To Return) form
- Pack all item/s as they were sent to you along with your completed ATR form to the supplied address.
How long do I have to return my items?
- All products are to be returned to us within 30 days from date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in the original, and undamaged, manufacturer's packaging
- Items within the packaging must be in original condition
- Part numbers on the returned items must be clear and undamaged
- Items must be received by Moto Explorer within 10 working days of being shipped
- Navigation Devices and associated products will not be refunded for a change of mind if there are ANY signs of fitment, set up, usage or modification.
- All returns are reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not approved until assessed by a member of our Team and deemed resalable.
How much does it cost to return my item/s?
- Freight charges for returning goods to Moto Explorer will be at the customer's expense, with exception of faulty items, and items received as a result of a picking o packing issue. A prepaid Australia Post postage label will be supplied in that instance.
- Should we find a returned item to not be resalable, we will charge return postage costs to you.
- Moto Explorer asks that you allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your exchange or process your refund once your return has been received and approved.
- For refunds, 3 to 5 business days should be allowed from the date Moto Explorer processes the refund.
- Time periods for items being returned to us can vary depending on your location, and shipping method you choose. Please allow us extra time to process your refund/exchange if thisis the case.
