RAM® U-Bolt Mount with AMPS Plate (RAM-B-184U)

This RAM mount has three parts: a zinc-coated U-bolt base, a short double socket arm and a 5.1 cm x 4.3 cm rectangular plate drilled with the industry-standard AMPS hole pattern. Because AMPS is so widely used, the plate connects to a huge range of RAM cradles and third-party holders, so it suits almost any GPS, phone or device you want to run.

The included hardware fits handlebars and rails from 1.3 cm to 3.2 cm in diameter. A composite rail adapter lets you mount it securely on thinner tubing down to 1.3 cm.

RAM’s patented 2.5 cm (B-size) rubber ball-and-socket system has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm. That gives you almost unlimited positioning, so you can dial in the perfect viewing angle, and the rubber balls help soak up road vibration.
